3. Digital Content

We offer guides, templates, and other downloadable materials designed to assist property professionals. Access is granted immediately upon completion of purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Certain printed materials or packages may be shipped to you. Shipping options and costs are clearly indicated at checkout.

5. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in Swiss francs. Payments must be made via the methods specified at checkout. Access to digital content is granted only after full clearance of payment.

6. Cancellations and Reimbursements

6.1 Consultation Services

You may reschedule a session at any time with at least 48 hours notice by contacting us through this form. If you provide notice fewer than 48 hours before the scheduled time, no reimbursement will be issued due to the reserved schedule of our legal advisors.

When eligible, reimbursements will be processed through the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.

6.2 Digital Content

Downloadable materials are accessible immediately upon purchase. Because delivery is instant and irrevocable, these items are not eligible for reimbursement. Please review previews or samples before purchasing.

6.3 Physical Goods

If a shipped item is unused and in its original packaging, you may ship it back within 30 days of receipt. Contact us first via this form to obtain a shipping authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we confirm the condition, a reimbursement for the product price will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our materials and advice are provided for reference only and do not establish an attorney-client relationship. BrokerLegal makes no warranties about outcomes related to the use of our services or content. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service at issue.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Bern.
